Acupressure may aid the induction of labour and encourages the body to release prostaglandins which is the hormone that stimulates labour. This is a safe and natural way of aiding a breech baby (bottom down) to turn cephalic (head down.) A fragrant herb is burnt over specific acupuncture points, to relax the muscles in the uterus allowing the baby to turn.
